Subject – Application for the request of leave for my child’s health
Sir,
With all due respect and honour, I would like to state that I would like to request a leave for a week i.e. 21st of November 2022 till the 27th of November 2022 because of my child’s ill health. My child of 4 years has been suffering from Hand-foot-and-mouth disease. My husband and I are to keep our distance from others while we take care of our child.
