Subject: Leave Application for Church Festival
Respected Madam,
Most humbly, I want to draw your attention towards the fact that my community is organising a small gathering in the church on this saturday i.e., 10th December, 2022. The entire family has decided to celebrate this year’s church festival with great zeal and enthusiasm trying to catch up on the moments we all have missed due to lockdown, where the only resort was to connect virtually.
The event will begin with singing hymns, followed by few religious ceremonies, and ending the day with lunch. Thus, I, Anna, Assistant Director, hereby request you to accept my leave application as I shall not be able to come to work on the above mentioned date. I have already completed the targets assigned for the day when I will be on leave. I assure you that I will be joining back from 12th November, 2022.
I will be really grateful to you for accepting my leave application and letting me weave memories with my family and community members.
