Subject – Application for the request of leave for my mother’s birthday
Sir,
With all due respect and honour, I would like to state that I would like to request a leave for tomorrow i.e 13th of November 2022 because of my mother’s 59th birthday party. With this into account, our family members plan on making this a special event. My mother was suffering from cancer for almost 5 years and finally recovered this year. This day, in particular, holds the utmost meaning for the family.
Despite the suffering, she stood as positive, as strong and happy for the family. We would like to celebrate her and take this day to worship our God for giving a new start to her and the family. We have invited all her family members, close friends and colleagues for this day. I have requested Miss Mary to do the necessary work. I will put forth as much effort as I have lost during my leave and make up for the lost time. I will be back by the 14th of November 2022 with no delay.
I, therefore, kindly request you to grant me my leave for which I shall remain forever grateful.
