Subject: Leave Application for Cesarean Delivery
Respected Madam,
Most humbly, this is to bring to your kind notice that I, Ayushi, Technical Head, would not be able to come to office from 7th December 2022-10th December, 2022 due to my delivery. I have been feeling contractions and labor pain since yesterday. I got admitted to the hospital this morning. The doctor has predicted the delivery to take place through cesarean operation on 8th December, 2022.
Moreover, she has advised to take some extra rest after undergoing a cesarean delivery. Thus, I hereby request you to grant me a leave on the dates mentioned above for the delivery and subsequent rest days. I will complete my target assigned for the days when I will be on leave once I come back from the hospital. I assure you that I will join the office soon in good health.
I will be obliged to you for accepting my leave application.
