With all due respect and honour, I would like to state that I would like to request a leave for tomorrow i.e. 22-3-2022 because of my daughter of eight years, who is scheduled with an appointment with the doctor for vaccination at Global hospital. My husband is currently out of town and there are no other family members to take my daughter for her vaccination. I have assigned my duties to Miss Agnes for the current project we are working on.
