Subject – Application for the request of leave for child’s treatment
Sir,
With all due respect and honor, I would like to state that I would like to request a leave for tomorrow i.e. 12-11-2022 because of my son who is currently suffering from distress from an eye infection. We have been doing all possible home remedies but have yet to see any improvement. I would like to take leave tomorrow for my child’s treatment at Wishywave hospital to save him from the ailment.
