Subject – Application for the request of leave for sister’s exam
Sir,
With all due respect and honour, I would like to state that I would like to request a leave for tomorrow i.e. 21-3-2022 because of my sister’s exam, which is scheduled tomorrow at the city hall. My husband is currently out of town and there are no other family members to take my daughter for her exam. All my other siblings are also engaged in other work which makes it difficult for them to leave their work.
My driver is also currently out of station because of his family personal matter. It is a competitive exam and the station of the exam is quite far. I have assigned my duties to Miss Agnes for the current project we are working on. I will be back by the day after tomorrow i.e. 22-3-2022 without any delay.
I, therefore, kindly request you to grant me my leave for which I shall remain forever grateful.
