Subject: An Application for Leave for Birthday Celebration
Respected Sir,
With great pleasure, this is to bring to your kind notice that it’s my birthday on 8th December, 2022. I will turn 25 this year and wish to celebrate this year’s birthday with my loved ones. I have missed having celebrations with friends and family for the past 2 years due to covid lockdown. We had resorted to a virtual meeting but this year we are planning to organise a birthday party for me at my place.
I really want to spend a day with my near and dear ones, hereby having a moment to connect to them once again. Hence, , Kashish Sharma, Associate Director, hereby request you to accept my leave application as I shall be on leave on the above mentioned date. I have already completed the targets assigned for that day. I assure you that I will be present on 9th December, 2022.
