Subject: Leave for Bhog Ceremony
Respected Madam,
With utmost sincerity, this is to bring to your kind notice that the 2-day Ramayan Path held from 24th November, 2022- 25th November, 2022 at my residence has finally come to an end. The event has to be concluded with a bhog ceremony on 26th November, 2022. Since I am the host of the programme, I have to be present during this auspicious ceremony. Moreover, I need to make some preparations in advance for the programme to proceed smoothly. Thus, I, Isha, hereby request you to grant me a leave on the date mentioned above for the bhog ceremony. I will complete my target assigned for the day from home. I assure you that I shall be present on 28th November, 2022.
