Subject: Leave for Bhagwat Katha
Respected Madam,
With great pleasure, this is to bring to your kind notice that my society has planned to organize a bhagwat katha program on this Sunday i.e. 27th November, 2022 followed by a cloth donation drive. It is finally to put an event to reality which has been discussed and postponed multiple times. It is a 5-day event held in the R.W.A park of the society. I have a vested interest in theology and would like to attend this event. Thus, I, Shanaya, hereby request you to grant me leave from 28th November, 2022- 30th November, 2022. I will complete my target assigned for the days when I will be on leave from my home. I assure you that I shall be present on 1st December, 2022.
