Subject: Application for leave due to my mother’s uterus operation
Sir,
With due respect and honor, I would like to request a leave for one week i.e. 21st of October 2022 till the 27th of October 2022. My mother was advised to go to the Global hospital in Kolkata because the hospital is known best for operations like it. We want to go forward with the operation as soon as possible to avoid further complications.
I will be back by the 28th of October 2022 with no delay. I have also requested Sir James to look after the ongoing project during my absence. I will put forth as much effort as I have lost. I would be extremely grateful if my leave application is granted so that I can book my flight tickets at the earliest.
I, therefore, kindly request you to grant me my leave for which I shall remain forever grateful.
