Subject – Application for the request of leave due to my daughter not feeling well
Sir,
With all due respect and honour, I would like to state that I would like to request a leave for two days i.e. 6th and the 7th of June 2022 because my five-year-old daughter is suffering from a cold and cough. She has been suffering for a few days now. My wife has been with her for the past few days taking care of her. However, my wife has scheduled an office meeting out of town for two days and therefore I have to be home to take care of my daughter. Concerning this, I would like to take leave for two days to care for my child. I will be back to resume my work by the 8th of June 2022.
I, therefore, kindly request you to grant me my leave for which I shall remain forever grateful.
