With all due respect and honor I, Sarah A, of class X, Section C would like to state that I could not attend ptm because I was suffering from severe stomach pain. I was taken to the Global Hospital yesterday and was advised to take my medication on time. The pain was caused due to the food I ate in the hotel the other day.
I, therefore, kindly request you to grant me this permission for which I shall remain ever grateful.
