Subject – Application for the request of leave for my brother and sister’s marriage
Sir,
With all due respect and honour, I would like to state that I would like to request a leave for two weeks i.e. 1st of July 2022 till the 14th of July 2022 because of the marriage of my brother and sister. My brother is getting married on the 6th of July 2022 and my sister will be getting married on the 11th of July 2022. Both wedding ceremonies will be held at Paradise Resort, Winter down Road, Assam.
Family members living near and far will also be attending this wedding ceremony. It would also be like a family gathering after so many years of not having one, which makes it even more special. I will have to look after the feast and the decorations for both programs as well. I have requested Miss Ella to take my place for all the necessary work for tomorrow. I will be back by the 28th of March 2022 to resume my work. I will put forth extra effort for the time I have lost.
I, therefore, kindly request you to grant me my leave for which I shall remain forever grateful.
