Subject – Application for the request of leave for family function
Sir,
With all due respect and honour, I would like to state that the elders in my family has called on a gathering on the 27th of November 2023. This function will be held at Kristen�s Villa. My grandparents plan on making this event into a grand occasion. With all grandchildren, aunts and uncles working in all different places, it has become a very difficult to get together due to everyone�s busy schedule.
Due to this reason especially, my grandparents would like everyone to attend this function. It is also my grandparents 60th wedding anniversary which makes it even more special. I will like to request a leave for that day i.e. 27th of November 2023 so that I can attend this family function, which is so very important to my family.
I will be back by the 28th of November 2022 to resume my work. I will be available on my email in case of any emergencies. I have requested Sir James to do the necessary work for the upcoming project. I have also submitted all works to our captain in charge, Ma�am Susan. I will put extra effort into the time lost.
I, therefore, kindly request you to grant me my leave for which I shall remain forever grateful.
