Subject – Application for the request of leave for a leg fracture
Sir,
With all due respect and honour, I would request a leave for a week i.e 1st of April till the 7th of April because of my leg fracture. Yesterday as I was riding my cycle, the street lights went off suddenly due to poor power shortage and my cycle hit a rock and I fell off causing me to have a leg fracture. With the help of the passersby, I was able to reach the hospital. I was advised to take a week’s rest to avoid further complications.
I have requested Miss Laura to do the required task for the week in my absence and she has happily accepted to do so. I assure you that I will be back to resume my work by the 8th of April 2022. I will put forth as much as I have lost during my leave and make up for the time lost.
