Good evening sir,
I’m writing to let you know that you approved a loan for me to build a house in the amount of Rs. 27,00,000. You have already given me Rs. 20,000,000.
I certify that the funds already disbursed have been used, but the construction is still not finished. Flooring, electrical wiring, colour and paint, water connection fittings, and other tasks are yet unfinished.
I thus ask that you pay me the remaining Rs. 7,00,000/- that is owed to me for completing the aforementioned tasks in order to finish the building.
I further ask that you send the aforementioned sum of Rs. 7,00,000 to my bank account No. 1000120 at your prestigious bank branch.
