Good evening sir,
I’m writing in this application about the holdup with my house loan application. I have an account with your bank with the number xxxxxxxxx369 as a saver. Before 20 days, I had applied for a home loan at your bank. Your staff informed me that I could move forward with my documentation and that the loan will be approved in roughly 7–8 working days.
But it has been 20 days and I still haven’t received the loan money or word from your bank that my application was turned down. You must let me know if my documents cannot be used as intended. I am quite dissatisfied with your subpar service. I have complied with all requirements set forth by your bank employees, but it continues to occur. I respectfully want you to assist me by taking the appropriate action to quickly approve my loan. I will be very grateful for your kind assistance.
