Respected Sir,
I would like to state that for the past five years, I have had a savings account with the account number XXX under my name, Lakshmi Prasana.
I would like to mention that I went to your branch on December 13, 2022, to open an account for a member of my family. I had to wait for the same thing for 40 minutes, and I was told the job will be finished in the following 3 days. But regrettably, up to this point, I have not heard anything about it.
Furthermore, despite making numerous calls to the staff members there, nothing has been done about the situation. It is unacceptable to act in such a careless and unprofessional manner. Please look into this situation and try to find a quick solution.
