Good morning, sir,
With all due respect, I must draw your attention to the EMI payment I was intended to make this week. I took out a car loan from your branch 6 months back for Rs. 10 lakhs at an annual interest rate of 10% earlier this year. I have duly repaid all of the loan’s installments, excluding this month’s EMI. However, being the only employed member of the family, a recent financial issue has prevented me from being able to make the EMI payment this time.
I humbly ask that you give me some time so that I can pay the remaining balance on the same day the following month.
