Subject – Application for leave for wife’s doctor appointment
Sir,
With all due respect and honour, I would like to state that my wife has been under a very serious medical condition for the past two months. Yesterday, her health degraded drastically and we went to Norwayton Hospital, Barkers street to make an appointment with the doctor on last-minute notice. The appointment is tomorrow i.e 8th of November 2022. I am writing to request you grant me leave for tomorrow which is on the 8th of November 2022 to take care of my wife who is unable to walk properly due to her very weak health.
I, therefore, kindly request you to grant me my leave for which I shall remain forever grateful.
