Dear Sarangi,

I hope you and your loved ones are in good health and are doing well. I have been again diagnosed with viral fever. I’ve had a fever for the second time in a month. Due to exams over the last month, I neglected my health and did not eat properly. The exam stress and tension made me skip breakfast most of the time.

Thus, my immune system got weak. My doctor had advised me to eat healthy food at the right time. Make sure that we do not skip our breakfast, and it should also be the healthiest meal. We should eat food that contains more proteins and vitamins for breakfast, as it is considered brain food.

Eating healthy food also protects us from chronic and lifestyle diseases. Many illnesses are treatable if we eat healthy foods. Our immune systems will benefit from eating more fruits and vegetables and avoiding artificial sugar and excess fat.
