I hope this letter finds you in the best of health. I am also doing well on this side. I am going to write to you about the benefits of rising early. I have felt like recently I have been sleeping and waking up very late. I decided to change this habit and wake up early in the morning. This is not a very hard thing for me as my grandmother wakes up early in the morning and goes to the temple to pray. I asked her to wake me up and also if I can accompany her to her temple visits. She was very happy to take me with her. Waking up early has many benefits, the most obvious being that it keeps your health in check. Secondly, it increases your productivity. If you are waking up early in the morning, you have more time and energy to do important work. It also helps in improving your mental health.
