Subject: My Experience of a Train Journey
Dear Rima,
Take my love and affection. I hope you are hale and hearty by the grace of God. I�m also well by his blessings. In my last letter I had told you that I would be going to the hill station of Darjeeling soon, and that I would be taking a train journey to North Bengal for that. The highly anticipated trip finally happened last week! BUt what struck me the most was the beauty of the train journey.
So, today I want to tell you all about my experience of the train journey! I boarded the train with my family around 9 pm. My mother had packed dinner for us, and it was great fun to have the meal on the moving train. As the night advanced, we all went to sleep on our respective berths. When we woke up the next morning, I was astounded by the beauty surrounding us!
We could see the mountains in the distance, and they grew ever closer as our train moved towards the North. The weather had also changed a lot, and a cool breeze was blowing that made us put on our jackets. As our train continued forward, we passed beautiful rivers and wild untamed fields, even some forests with wild animals! It was a thrilling journey that was a pleasure to the eyes as well as the senses! I truly loved the train ride to North Bengal!
