I’m writing to inform you about a blood donation camp being held at my school on this coming Sunday, organised by the school health club in collaboration with the government medical college. Only people who have crossed the age of 18 are eligible to donate their blood.
Since you are the school head girl, please tell your principal about the camp, and if any teaching or non-teaching staff members are willing to donate their blood, please get me their name list. Arranging a blood donation camp helps people who are willing to donate their blood. A blood donation camp also raises awareness among the public about the need to donate blood and how one can save the life of another through blood donation.
A blood donation camp also helps identify people with rare blood groups and take their contact information in case of emergencies. Please respond to this letter as soon as possible.
