How are you? We are doing well here. I received your letter two days ago. In your letter, you asked me how to be healthy. In this letter, I have written about my knowledge of being healthy. A person is said to be healthy when he or she is physically, socially, and mentally fit. To have physical health, we have to eat healthy and do regular body exercise.
Avoid consuming junk food and beverages on a regular basis. Moreover, try to maintain a punctual and disciplined life for your physical health. Mental health is just as important as physical health. Don’t hesitate to consult a psychiatrist if you think that your mental health is not good.
Depression, anxiety, etc. are common, so don’t hesitate to speak out about your mental health. If you want to be socially fit, my advice is to follow your heart rather than society. Many unnecessary stereotypes have been built by society, and it is best not to follow them.
