I hope you and your family are in good health and are fine. I wish you and your family a very happy and prosperous new year in 2023. This year, I am planning to maintain a healthy and balanced diet. I’m well aware of how bad my eating habits are. I began gaining weight uncontrollably and became frequently ill. It was when my doctor advised me to follow a healthy food habit.
Therefore, I am cutting packaged food and carbonated drinks from my diet. I have to consume foods rich in fibre and protein. I have to add more vegetables and fruits to my diet. A healthy food habit will help to maintain a healthy body and immune system. We have to avoid eating junk foods, which are high in fat. A bad eating habit will trouble our body very much. It is the main cause of many lifestyle diseases.
