Subject: Letter regarding the issue of garbage cleaning in our area
Sir/Madam,
Through an article in your newspaper, I would like to shed some light and bring awareness on the topic of garbage cleaning in our area.
Our locality used to be a very clean and proper one. But recently due to some laziness among the citizens, I am seeing a lack of proper garbage cleaning in our area. The condition has worsened to a point that the stagnant waste material has slowly started to rot and infest the area.
There is also a large number of insects like mosquitoes and house flies because of the same reason. Moreover stray animals have also made our locality a usual haunt. The garbage cleaning has come to a point where it has started to seriously affect the health of the people of our localities.
I hope the prestigious columns of your newspaper will help this issue reach the concerned readers as well as the authorities so that there is some relief in our lives.
