How are you doing? We are doing well here. I am writing this letter to tell you about a new habit that I follow daily. That’s exercise in the morning. I have been exercising in the morning for the past 2 weeks, and I can already feel a lot of changes in my lifestyle. I am usually done with my exercise in the evening. But for the past month, due to my job and all, I would get very tired by the evening and end up doing nothing. A healthy lifestyle is impossible without physical exercise. Hence, I decided to exercise in the morning. The first benefit of exercising in the morning is that it keeps you active and fresh throughout the day. It is the best way to start your day. You will be very productive. A study also shows that people who exercise in the morning are less prone to heart diseases. You should also try it out. It will help a lot.
