I hope you and your family are in good health and are happy. Recently, due to some illness in my stomach, I had to consult a dietician. The dietician asked me to follow a new diet plan. She asked about my present diet. I was surprised when she said that most of the foods I eat on a daily basis are unhealthy.
She asked me to avoid all those unhealthy foods in my diet. It includes chips, cookies, deep-fried snacks, and carbonated drinks. She asked me to include healthy foods like pulses, grains, vegetables, and fruits in my diet. She told me in detail about the consequences of eating unhealthy food. Regularly consuming unhealthy or junk foods makes a person ill. Therefore, we must stick to a healthy diet.
It doesn’t mean we should never eat those foods. Once in a while, we can have them, but in limited quantity. I am all set to follow my new diet plan. I’ll keep you posted on any changes in my health.
