I wanted to bring to your kind attention that I wanted to return the POS with MID/TID XXXXX that was issued to me on 06/22 for the reasons that additional fees were being assessed against my bank account and your bank’s subpar service. I would like to discontinue your POS services.
Please regard this letter as a request for the machine’s surrender and take it into consideration. I will be grateful beyond words for the same.
