I, Darshana Haripriya, am using the locker service, and my locker number is 1929 in the branch of your prestigious bank. I’m sending you this letter to ask that you return my locker # 1929. I’m giving up because I’m moving because of a working organization. Because of that, I might not return to this city, thus I want to give up and get my possessions.
I humbly ask that you hand the locker over. I now give you permission to debit locker-related fees in accordance with bank policies.
I’m including my Locker Surrender Application Form and KYC with the application as per the bank’s requirements. I’ll be appreciative of the same.
