Good evening sir,
We must give you our bank statements, among other documents, by the 15th of the next month in accordance with the terms of the credit facility authorised by your bank to us. However, we would like to let you know up front that there will be a delay in the submission of the paperwork this time for the financial year’s March month.
We are shifting our house and have to verify our new address to replace with the old one. Because of this, we were unable to put together the aforementioned documents as needed to be submitted to you. We thus ask that you give us a few extra days so that we can submit the necessary paperwork.
