Dear Nandana,
I hope you and your loved ones are happy and doing well. I saw your brother the previous day at a wedding function. I would like to know how much time you spend on your mobile phone each day. I use my mobile phone for around 2 hours a day. I recently started having some vision problems, and that’s when I thought about my mobile usage time. Using a mobile phone has numerous negative consequences. First of all, it affects our eye health. My doctor asked me to reduce the time I spend on my mobile phone. Mobile phones are definitely one of the greatest inventions. They help us in many ways. But we waste a lot of our precious time on them. As a result, we put off doing our work. I can’t even concentrate on my studies due to my cell phone overuse. I took my doctor’s advice seriously and am now spending only 30 minutes a day on it.
