Respected Ma’am,
Before I delve into the purpose of this letter, I would like to bring to your attention that I have been a diligent junior designer for your company for about 4 years now.
Mr. Prashant, who is my manager, has been greatly biased with me. He withheld my promotion on the grounds that the company was low on funds. However, just this week, he promoted another employee, my junior to the position I was eligible for. The junior has no experience or expertise required for the role, he only got the promotion because he is Mr. Prashant’s nephew. I am greatly disappointed with his extremely unprofessional behaviour. He is not only hindering my progress but the company’s as well.
I urge you to look into the matter. Awaiting a favourable response.
