Subject: Requesting for the issue of NOC for Passport
Sir,
I, Anand Sharma, write this application to request you to issue the Non-objection Certificate for my passport. I am an Assistant Professor at Doon University and to attend a five-day course at Berlin Institute of Technology. I will, therefore, have to visit Germany for a week.
My University will be bearing my travel expense. I have read the provision under the passport Act and I assure that there is nothing under the provision which can debar me from obtaining the passport. I have attached all the attested documents which are required for the verification and have also provided four passport size photographs of me. My biodata and details have also been provided separately. I shall be highly obliged to you for the issue of NOC.
