Leaders encourage others to take the actions they need to succeed.�To be a great leader, it is necessary to learn and cultivate the skills it takes to be effective. They� provide clarity of purpose, motivate and guide towards any mission.
Leaders provide guidance, inspiration, and motivation when achieving goals. They help to create a vision and rally people around a common cause. They have the necessary skills and knowledge to make informed decisions and solve problems effectively.
They are always ready to share credit and take blame themselves.
