Good morning to everyone in this room. I would like to thank the principal, the teachers, and my dear friends for allowing me to speak to you today about waste management. In today’s culture, waste management is a very essential topic. The amount of garbage produced is growing daily as a result of the population’s fast and ongoing growth. Also, the rise in trash production is having an impact on the lives of a great number of individuals.
For instance, residents in the slums are located quite close to the area where trash is disposed of. As a result, they are vulnerable to many different illnesses. putting their lives in danger as a result. A healthy lifestyle depends on proper sanitation and hygiene. As a result, it is only possible with effective waste management.
Waste management is the control of undesired trash by recycling and disposal. Also, effective waste management techniques are required, bearing in mind the environmental circumstances in our immediate vicinity. For instance, there are several methods and strategies that may be used to dispose of garbage.
Landfills, recycling, composting, and many more practices are a few of these approaches. Also, these techniques are quite helpful for getting rid of the garbage without harming the environment or the area around us.
Ultimately, everyone is aware of what waste management is and why it is necessary. So, we should always dispose of our garbage in a way that will allow waste management professionals to handle and recycle it. We may participate in the waste management process in a variety of ways. To create a clean, green society and world, waste management is important. Thank you.
