Good morning everyone present here, today I am going to give a speech on Jawaharlal Nehru. Every Indian is aware of Pandit Jawaharlal Nehru’s accomplishments because he served as the country’s first prime minister. He was fairly well-known among kids, which is why they referred to him as “Chacha Nehru.” The government observes his birthday as a children’s day in honor of his love of kids. Great leader Chacha Nehru has a deep affection for his nation.
Pandit Nehru was born in Allahabad on November 14, 1889. (now Prayagraj). His father, Motilal Nehru, was a practicing attorney. Nehruji earned his degree from Cambridge and Harrow in 1910. He wed Smt. Kamla Devi when he was 24 years old. They soon became parents to a girl they called Indira.
Nehru excelled as a politician, writer, and leader. He was always working around the clock to improve the nation. Nehru was elected as India’s first prime minister after the country gained its independence. The most notable thing he said was “Aaram Haram Hai,” which translates to “Rest is Not Best.”
Jawaharlal Nehru was an excellent prime minister who made significant changes to traditional Hindu culture that greatly benefited Hindu widows. He was a progressive thinker who always aimed to modernize and civilize India. The conflict over Kashmir between India and Pakistan was one topic that caused him a lot of concern. He made several attempts to resolve this conflict, but the issue persisted.
To sum up, Pandit Nehru was a brilliant guy who gave a lot to the nation. Additionally, he became India’s first prime minister as a result of his efforts in the country’s liberation war. Thank you.
