100 Words Essay On Tornado In English

Google defines the term tornado to be “a mobile, destructive vortex of violently rotating winds having the appearance of a funnel-shaped cloud and advancing beneath a large storm system.”

Simply put, tornadoes are natural disasters that are violent in nature and touch the ground when being attached to a thunderstorm usually. This leads to drastic consequences that include, automobiles becoming airborne, ordinary homes ripping to shreds, and turning broken glass and other debris into lethal missiles.

Tornadoes are predominant in the Great Plains of the central United States, where the area is termed “Tornado Alley” due to its ideal atmosphere for thunderstorms.
