A very good morning to one and all present here. Today, I’ll be giving a short speech on the topic of ‘My School’.
Google defines the term ‘school’ to be “an institution for educating children.” Sounds impersonal, doesn’t it?
Schools do educate children, which is considered to be their primary role, yes. But, a school does so much more beyond that. In this regard, I want to share the experiences I had in my own school.
According to me, my school is the best in the whole world, whether or not statistics prove otherwise.
It was in my school that I met my closest friends, friends whom I still am in contact with today even after passing out. It was my school that taught me important life lessons, especially morality and ethics. It was my school that gave me irreplaceable memories of fun times to cherish.
My school is not just an institution- it is a glorious childhood wrapped in a building.
