A very good morning to one and all present here. Today, I will be giving a short speech on the topic of money.
Google defines the term ‘money’ to be “a current medium of exchange in the form of coins and banknotes; coins and banknotes collectively.” Of course, it is so much more than that.
Money is crucial in each and every one’s life in this world, regardless of their race, caste, class, gender, or ethnic identity. Without money, our very existence will be in question as the food and water that we need to consume every day can only be bought with money.
However, considering its essentiality, money or wealth must be accumulated as per need, not greed.
Dr. Jonathan Swift, the famous Irish Satirist had said “A wise person should have money in their head, but not in their heart”. Let us thus not give money any more importance than it deserves and make the best out of how much ever money we are fortunate to have.
