Good morning to one and all present here. Today, I’ll be giving a short speech on the topic of how to make Pakistan a prosperous country.
Pakistan has always been viewed to be a country filled with potential. Yet, it has yet to actualize it thus far. In fact, an article from the World Bank reveals that “For the past two decades, Pakistan’s growth rate has been only half that of India and China. If current trends continue, by 2050, India’s economy will be 40 times larger than Pakistan’s, and China’s economy a 100 times.”
To keep up, Pakistan ought to use its resources to their full potential. Agriculture, trade, and industry must be redefined to compete globally so as to boost the GDP of its economy. Pakistan’s low literacy rate and lack of quality education have to be eradicated. The government and private organizations should pave the way for an inclusive, innovative, and secure society to make Pakistan developed and prosperous.
