Good morning to one and all present here. Today, I’ll be giving a short speech on the topic ‘Health and Fitness’.
Health and Fitness are two terms that are intrinsically connected. A fit body, consequently, implies a healthy body.
We must eat a healthy, balanced diet every day which will provide adequate vitamins, minerals, fat, and protein for the day for us to remain fit and healthy. A healthy diet includes food made of green leafy vegetables, fruits, nuts, cereals, pulses, eggs, and meat if non-vegetarian. In meat, red meat such as beef, lamb, and pork is considered to be a nutritious option. Seafood such as crabs, lobsters, and certain fish are also healthy.
Dairy products such as milk, butter, cream, cheese, and curd must also be consumed to a certain level. In addition to this, one must also drink at least 8 glasses of water every day, exercise, and remain in the sunlight for 20 minutes.
