The state of being physically healthy is known as fitness. Fitness is an extremely important aspect of our health. Being fit makes us strong, robust, flexible and agile. It also helps us keep away diseases and weaknesses. Therefore, we can perform our best in every field only if we are fit.
Eating well and having a nutritional balanced diet helps us maintain our health and fitness. Exercising regularly and engaging in various sports is another necessary step. We must also never neglect our mental health since a healthy and fit body needs a healthy mind.
To conclude, we must try our best to stay fit so we can make the best of our lives! Thank you for listening to me so attentively.
