Good morning to one and all present here. Today, I’d be making a small speech on the topic of animals.
Animals are a major part of nature and our ecosystem. A variety of animals inhabit the Earth. It is estimated by scientists that about 8.7 million animals are inhabiting the Earth. Their habits are equally varied, ranging from land (terrestrial) to water (aquatic) to air (aerial). Some animals known to survive on two mediums are amphibians.
Animals are important in the lives of humans as well. They provide various food products for us. In addition, their meat is widely consumed as well.
Animals also tend to be close companions to us. Animals such as cats, dogs, and small birds are often taken as pets by us.
From helping with labour to proving food for us, animals play a crucial role in the lives of human beings. Let’s protect and cherish them for the future!
