Subject- Interesting class on Mohenjo-daro.
Dear Jay,
I hope this email finds you healthy and happy. This semester I chose Archaeology as my elective subject. I attended a very interesting seminar yesterday.
I thought of sharing it with you because I know how much History intrigues you. I learnt some very interesting facts and stories of this ancient archaeological site. The name Mohenjo-daro means the mound of the dead. It was discovered in 1992, a year after Harappa. The excavations revealed that it was the largest city of the Indus civilization. The most interesting part is that their script and language is still a mystery. So many centuries later we are still unable to decode their language.
I have attached some files for you to read. Let me know what you think of them. Write to me soon.
Yours lovingly,
Harsh
