Subject– Dad�s 50th birthday.
Dear Sameer,
I hope this email finds you well. I just wanted to remind you about our dad’s 50th birthday party that we are throwing for him this weekend. It is going to be at our farmhouse on Sunday at 6pm.
I know how busy you have been with work and everything else, so I just wanted to make sure this was on your radar. Dad has been really looking forward to this and I think it is going to be a great time. We have invited all of his friends and family, and I know he’ll be thrilled to see everyone there to celebrate with him.
As a reminder, the dress code is formal and we are all chipping in to get him a new golf set that he’s been wanting. I know he will really appreciate it and I am sure he will love the chance to try out his new clubs. We are also planning on having a barbecue, so make sure to bring your appetite!
In addition to the gift and the barbecue, we’ve also planned a few other surprises for Dad. I don’t want to give too much away, but I think he will really enjoy them.
I know it’s last minute, but I hope you can make it. It’s not every day that Dad turns 50 and it would really mean a lot to him to have you there to celebrate with him.
