Subject – Application for the request of leave for sick leave for class 5th
Sir,
With all due respect and honour, I would like to state that I would like to request a leave for tomorrow i.e. 5th of February 2022 because I am suffering from a fever. My fever gets high in the middle of the night especially and it makes me not able to sleep. I have been going through this for about 2 nights continuously now. I would like to take this leave so that I can have a check-up and heal properly.
My parents are currently out of station and so are my siblings. However my mother contacted my Aunty and she will be taking me to the doctor at Hope Hospital. I would like to heal properly and get back to class. I have already completed the work and assignments in advance and have submitted the project to Sir James. I will be back by the 6th of February with no further delay. I have already given my test in advance for the day.
I, therefore, kindly request you to grant me my leave for which I shall remain forever grateful.
