Subject: leave application for tooth pain
Dear sir/ma�am
My name is Sourabh Kumar, studying 8th standard at your school. I�m sending this letter to inform you that due to my recent tooth surgery, the pain increased. To subside the pain, I�m taking painkillers that make me drowsy. Attending classes at that state is difficult for me. I prefer to stay at home until I recover.
With the hope that you will understand my health condition, I request a leave of three days, from Ist November to 03rd October 2022. I will continue to attend my classes as soon as I feel better. I hope you will grant me the leave.
