Subject: leave application for tooth pain
Dear sir/ma’am
My name is Sourabh Kumar, studying 8th standard at your school. I’m sending this letter to inform you that due to my recent tooth surgery, the pain increased. To subside the pain, I’m taking painkillers that make me drowsy. Attending classes at that state is difficult for me. I prefer to stay at home until I recover.
With the hope that you will understand my health condition, I request a leave of three days, from Ist November to 03rd October 2022. I will continue to attend my classes as soon as I feel better. I hope you will grant me the leave.
